WELCOME TO COCO REEF RESORT & SPA


We are pleased that you have chosen us. We know that you have a choice and we appreciate that you have chosen us.

We are safe and ready to provide a memorable stay with us. To let you know what we have done in getting ready, please note:

All associates follow the Health Protocols and Guidelines mandated by the Trinidad &Tobago Ministry of Health and the Caribbean Public Health Agency (CARPHA).

We ask that our employees stay at home if they have COVID-19 related symptoms or live with someone who has recently tested positive.

We ask and expect that associates and guests sanitize their hands as they enter the lobby and at many of the provided stations throughout our resort..

Our resort is for the exclusive use of registered guests only (and our wonderful associates of course).

Security checks will be in place with photo ID required upon arrival to our resort.

Everyone here washes their hands often with soap and water and use an alcohol based sanitizer as well.

We kindly ask our guests to confirm payments by debit or credit card. We don’t handle cash in any part of our resort.

RECEPTION


Our reception is clean and safe. We require that every person who is staying with us is registered upon arrival.

The reception desk, payment terminals and room keys are disinfected prior to check-in and are disinfected after each checkout.

Safe distances have been set and identified for waiting in queue.

ACCOMMODATION


Employees will only enter rooms after explicit permission of the guest and when the guest is not in the room.

All housekeeping and maintenance employees wear masks and gloves while cleaning rooms.

Our resort uses cleaning and disinfecting protocols to clean rooms after guests depart and sanitize before the next guest arrives, with particular attention paid to high-touch items.

RESTAURANT & BAR


Restaurant hours of operation are 7:00am to 10:00pm and bar hours of operation are from 9:00am to 1:00am.

Guests will have their temperature taken and are expected to disinfect their hands at the entrance before taking place at their table.

Masks are to be worn upon entry and removed only when seated.

Cutlery, porcelain and glass are scalded each time in accordance with sanitary procedures.

Restaurant staff will work with face masks, maintaining a safe social distance.

Surfaces and menus are be disinfected after each use.

PUBLIC AREAS


The Resort has increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfecting in public spaces, with a focus on door handles, handrails, furniture and informational displays. Lounge chairs and umbrellas have been arranged for social distancing. While minor adjustments may be necessary for your comfort & convenience, please maintain social distancing guidelines where possible.

Beach Towels will be provided for guest to collect from the front desk.

Only registered guests are allowed at the pool and on our beach.

All guests and participants will keep a safe two meters distance. We have prepared our rooms layouts in order to adhere as stipulated by the Trinidad and Tobago Ministry of Health and CARPHA.

A maximum of 50 guests are allowed in our conference room.
